Complete the required fields under the AGREEMENT, THE WORK, THE SERVICES, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, CONTRACT PRICE, PAYMENT, NOTICES IN WRITING, LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT, INTERNAL NOTES (optional), and SIGNING PARTIES.

- Select the parties that need to be included in the contract

- Place of the work/project
- Work starting date; or
- Other date that is required in the contract
4. THE SERVICES:
- Payment Certifier and/or Owner’s Advisor

- List the title of the attached documents
6. CONTRACT PRICE:
- Contract price
- Tax percentage for value added taxes
7. PAYMENT:
Whose prime rate is to be used for the purpose of interest calculations.
8. NOTICES IN WRITING:
Parties may vary in different contracts.
9. CONTRACT LANGUAGE:
Contract language precedence: English or French
