Depending on which contract you have selected, it will come with different schedules that you need to fill out. For example, CCDC 5A and 5B have additional tables shown in the tabs available. [Here is an example of the popover functionality from CCDC 5B]
1. Click “Create schedules” to start filling out the form.
2. The full schedule should be shown on the screen.
3. Then, click the popover icon to fill out the form.
4. A small window pops up on the screen. You could click “Show full record” or enlarge the window to full screen and select ONE schedule item only for each question. Then, click “Save.”
5. Some of the items in the schedule have an “Other” header. Click the popover icon, fill out the items that need to be included in the contract, and select the ONE option. Then, click “Save.”
6. After finishing Schedule A, if applicable, proceed to the tabs for Schedule B, Schedule C, etc.
7. Click and add the details on other schedules. For example, CCDC 5B contract, Schedule B. Click “Add personnel employed by construction manager.”
8. A pop-up window will appear on the screen.
9. After inputting the details, click “Save.”
The details will appear on the table under the Schedule tab.
10. If you need to add more rows to the schedule table, click the “Add personnel employed by construction manager” again and repeat the process as needed. When finished adding rows, click “Save.”
11. Click “Refresh records” to refresh and show all the details.
