The following sections appear on the homepage:

 

My account
There are two sections:

  • View my company and users
  • My profile

View my company and users:

This section displays:

  • Key information: The user’s company, name, telephone number, and system status

 

  • Locations and contacts: The list of saved company locations, users, and external contacts

 

  • Related record: The list of subsidiary and affiliate companies, created contracts information, and company documents.

 

  • My profile: Input the employee information and user information.

Contracts (CCDC 2 to CCDC 31)

  • Create a contract request
  • View my contracts

  • Create a contract request: Start a new contract

 

  • View my contracts: Lists all contracts and their details

 

Forms (CCDC 9A, 9B, 11)

  • Create a document request form
  • View my document request form

 

  • Create a document request form: Start a new form

Contract language selection

There are two languages:

  • English
  • Français (French)

 

*Note: To create an English contract, please use the English system layout. For a French contract, use the French system layout.

Save: Saves the contract details and returns to the main page, displaying the list under “My Contracts.”
