A. An account cannot be transferred to a different username once it is activated. An account is attached to the username that created it and cannot be changed once that user leaves a company.
Please retain the username and password used to create the SignaSur account from the past employee and use it to login. Continue using this username and password until your subscription is up for renewal. At that time, do not renew. Instead, create a new subscription with a new username.
